Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a commitment to patient care, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying needs, including those with disabilities and memory care requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Support clients with memory care activities, promoting cognitive engagement.
- Facilitate social interactions and activities to enhance emotional well-being.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in assisted living or home community care settings.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create personalized care plans.
Requirements .
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as required for their mobility needs.
- Understanding of social work principles related to caregiving is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining client dignity and respect at all times.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
