Job Description:
We are seeking a Carpenter Apprentice to support our finish carpentry team on commercial construction projects. This role includes assisting with interior finish work, performing demolition, cleaning job sites, and being available for occasional night shifts. Ideal candidates have some trade experience and are motivated to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist finish carpenters with installing doors, trim, hardware, baseboards, cabinets, and other finishes
- Perform light demolition and material removal
- Measure, cut, sand, and prep materials
- Clean and maintain job sites daily
- Follow directions from supervisors and stay on task
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Be open to working some night shifts when required
Requirements:
- 1+ year of construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to do physical labor, including demolition and clean-up
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, knees, or lifts for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
