- Supervise support staff and interns, providing guidance and mentorship as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and service referrals.
- Stay informed about community resources, including Section 8 housing assistance, Medicare services, and workforce development programs.
- Advocate for clients within the healthcare system and other relevant agencies to ensure they receive appropriate support.
