Provide initial and annual psychosocial assessments. Candidates must be familiar with co-occurring modalities including ability to engage, motivational interviewing and treatment matching protocols. Public Service Loan Forgiveness available to qualified staff.
- Person-centered planning, update plan annually or with change in level of need
