Barista & Market Seller
Little Sky seeks an experienced barista and cashier for our cafe in Palo Alto. The role encompasses day time hours only (no late nights!).
Position Description:
We are looking for a food and coffee enthusiast with barista and customer service experience for an opportunity to work in our Palo Alto cafe.
This role is the primary point of contact for all customers. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s offerings.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a friendly, welcoming environment.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s products.
- Engage in sampling throughout the shift.
- Prepare a variety of coffees for customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service interactions.
- Maintain a clean and beautiful space
- Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained.
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, plus tips (employees usually make between $25-$30 on average); sick pay and employee meals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.27 - $22.00 per hour
