Duties

- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding promotions, sales, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Skills
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques and understanding of retail math principles.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Experience in cash handling procedures to ensure secure financial transactions.
- Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining visual standards.
- Strong sales skills to promote products effectively to customers.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers positively.
- Experience in conducting product demos to enhance customer knowledge of offerings.
- Supervisory skills are a plus for overseeing team operations when required.
