We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Capture Clerk to join our team at Array Behavioral Care. The Data Capture Clerk will play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring accurate and efficient collection, organization, and storage of important data.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately capture and input data from various sources into our electronic health records system.- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data is accurately recorded and consistently entered.
- Conduct quality checks to identify any errors or discrepancies in the data.
- Identify and escalate any issues or challenges that arise with data capture to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting as needed.
- Maintain organized and secure file system for paper records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with behavioral health records or knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Remote (Oceanside, California, US))
