- Supervise and coordinate the reasonability's of the team
- Assist the store manager in over seeing the staff.
- Ensuring everyone is fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with training and development of new team members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management to implement new policies and procedures
