Job Title: Part-Time Casita Check-In & Guest Services Associate

Position Summary:
Los Milics Vineyards is seeking a friendly and attentive Guest Services Associate to welcome and assist guests staying in our luxury casitas. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional hospitality in a scenic vineyard setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a smooth, informative check-in experience
- Assist guests with casita tour, property amenities, and local recommendations
- Perform pre-arrival and post-checkout inspections to ensure casitas meet cleanliness and quality standards
- Communicate guest needs and feedback to housekeeping or management as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests during their stay (in person, via text, or by phone)
- Occasional light setup tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or lodging preferred but not required
- Warm, professional demeanor and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on the spot
- Comfortable using mobile devices or basic booking/check-in systems (training provided)
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation required
