What You Do
- Complete Crew Member training to understand store operations and menu knowledge.
- Assist the team at store level when needed.
- Complete Driver training to understand catering operations and driver expectations.
- Coordinate with the General Manager to accept and pick up orders for stores to deliver.
- Follow established delivery schedules and maintain timely deliveries.
- Communicate with the Managers on Duty or Catering Departement to alert them of potential problems with orders; for example, late delivery, missing items, incorrect orders.
- Check address ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery.
- Double check order with packslip prior to departure to prevent missing/incorrect items and check order upon arrival at destination.
- Have a backup “emergency stock” of catering necessities.
- Deliver and set up the catering order.
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering orders with a positive and professional attitude.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously and promptly.
