A premier leadership development organization and fast-growing Chick-fil-A Millennium Park is looking for a Catering Leader. He/she must be a self-driven individual, yet willing to serve others through their influence. The person must be highly organized and be responsible for growing catering sales for the organization, including processing, packaging and delivering orders to customers. He/she will also be responsible for interfacing with other team members in the organization, influence actions of the team, and the overall reputation of the brand. We are recruiting for an operationally hands-on, results-oriented individual who desires to advance in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to be hands-on in an operational role, serving side by side with other team members and leaders.

- Package food and beverage items and checks for product quality and consistency.
- Maintains cleanliness & organization in all areas of the restaurant.
- Prepare food orders for in-store and catering orders.

- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Model and support clear communications between the front and kitchen staff.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items, and stays well-informed of current promotions.
- Practices sanitation and safety procedures.
- Desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Senior Leadership /Operator to fulfill business needs.
- Analytical and meticulous working style with a desire for self-growth.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Qualifications:
- Required to have a car.
- Proven experience in catering or food service management.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in technology and software related to catering and sales management.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
