We’re currently looking for a Cellular Sales Associate to join our frontline team. This entry-level Cellular Sales Associate role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and is eager to launch a career in telecom sales. As a Cellular Sales Associate, you’ll represent Verizon’s suite of services—from 5G home internet to mobile and streaming packages—guiding customers toward the solutions that work best for them.
What You’ll Do As A Cellular Sales Associate:
- Work directly with potential customers through scheduled meetings and outreach efforts
- Present Verizon’s product offerings in a way that’s personalized, clear, and compelling
- Answer questions, overcome objections, and ensure every customer feels heard and supported
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in a streamlined system
