We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to maintain garden areas, flower beds, and shrubs.
- Irrigate landscapes efficiently to promote healthy plant growth.
- Regularly inspect grounds for cleanliness and upkeep, addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in planting, transplanting, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care practices.
- Experience with power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Knowledge of gardening principles and plant care requirements.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality groundskeeping standards are met.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
