Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Full-time position (40 hours / week)
- Experience with KPIs, metrics and goal setting preferred, but not required.
- Experience in coaching and leading a high-performance sales team. Retail, Spa or Beauty Industry preferred, but not required.
- A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
- Ability to achieve results through others.
- Ability to manage a budget within guidelines based on the center's trends and projections.
- Ability to problem solve and work through issues.
- Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Suite
