We are a Tulsa Charcuterie Company. A boutique charcuterie catering company known for transforming simple ingredients into edible art. Every board we create is custom-designed to bring people together—and we’re ready to welcome a new team member to help us grow. We are a small family owned company, looking to hire on our first employee.
Position Summary
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative and organized—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves food, and enjoys connecting with people. This person will assist with all aspects of the business: shopping, preparing charcuterie boards, handling client communication, sending quotes, and helping manage orders.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Shop for ingredients and supplies according to pre-planned lists
- Assemble custom charcuterie boards with attention to detail and creativity
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media
- Draft and send professional, courteous quotes and correspondence
- Manage and update orders using CRM software (Monday.com or similar)
- Schedule pickups/deliveries using Microsoft Outlook
- Help maintain and update the Shopify website as needed
- Assist with running Facebook and Instagram ads (optional but appreciated)
Required Skills & Traits
- Outgoing personality with natural conversational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure or during high-volume periods
- Good driving record and reliable transportation
- Enjoys food, art, and the creative process
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other basic computer programs
- Able to write professionally and respectfully in all correspondence
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
- Familiarity with managing or editing Shopify websites
- Knowledge of social media ad campaigns (especially Facebook & Instagram)
- Prior experience in customer service, catering, or events
Compensation
Wage will start at $20 during training and grow as experience, talent and dependabilitly are demonstrated. Benefits will be offered after 6 months of employment

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
