Primary Job Duties
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to relevant communications from business partners and clients.- Arrange and track logistical support/documentation for booked trips
- Assist applicable teams with needed trip information such as client requests, day of flight changes, updates to operational status, etc.
Duties
Schedule and verify reservations, equipment requests, and fueling arrangements- Communicate operational delays and constraints
- Perform pre-trip vetting of passengers using provided web-based application
- Organize current trip schedule utilizing Microsoft products and web-based applications
- Prepare pre-trip documentation
- Assist with gathering required information for international trip support
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Pass a background check and drug screening- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborations skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends and holidays
- This is a full-time position, starting at $15.98 an hour
- Must live or relocate to St. George Utah
- This is not a Department of Transportation Safety Sensitive position.
