Sail Door County is seeking crew members to join our team for the remainder of our sailing season! We are a sailboat charter company based in Sister Bay, Wisconsin offering 2 hour charters multiple times per day on our beautiful 65 foot tall ship the Edith M Becker.
Job Description
Keep our dock and the decks of the boats tidy, welcome guests aboard, assist the captain with docking and basic sailing functions, and keep our charter guests entertained and engaged. This position is full time until the end of our sailing season in early October. Fantastic opportunity to gain sea hours!
Qualifications
- No sailing experience is necessary but an asset
- Must be at least comfortable on boats, not prone to seasickness, etc.
- Must be physically strong
- Strong communication and social skills
- Positive attitude
- Ready to take on a variety of tasks
