Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in data entry with good typing speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience in customer support or related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions.
