Skybridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with an exclusive private club in New York City to identify a distinguished Chef de Cuisine to lead its culinary program. The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for shaping and executing a sophisticated, seasonal menu that reflects both classical technique and contemporary sensibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and execution.
- Collaborate with the executive team to conceptualize and evolve a progressive, ingredient-driven menu that reflects the restaurant’s ethos.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes, maintaining the highest standards of taste and aesthetics.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local health regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning, including seasonal menu changes, special events, and guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
- Formal culinary education preferred.
- Proven expertise in modern cooking techniques, flavor development, and plating.
