Multi-unit luxury property seeks a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations at a flagship location.
Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations for the flagship unit, ensuring alignment with brand standards and service excellence
- Manage, train, and inspire the sous chef team and BOH staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Collaborate with corporate and executive teams to roll out seasonal menus, brand activations, and group-wide initiatives
- Maintain strict oversight of food quality, plating standards, and consistency across all shifts
- Oversee BOH financials including labor, food cost, and inventory systems; proactively identify opportunities to drive margin without compromising quality
- Serve as the culinary face of the property—partnering with FOH, events, and PR teams as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef role at a luxury resort or fine dining restaurant
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing kitchen teams across multiple service periods
- Expertise in menu development, seasonal sourcing, and cost management at scale
