Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical analysis on raw materials, finished goods, stability, and R&D samples
Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.
Review test data, calculations, and results for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and review or update Standard Operating Procedures as assigned. Interpret USP or other compendia methods.
Identify malfunctions in laboratory equipment and advise supervisor or perform simple repairs.
Perform OOS, Deviation, and CAPA investigations.
Evaluate new technologies, products, and materials as assigned by the Laboratory Manager, as well as other projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory analysis. - Experience with HPLC or GC.
Experience in working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles and reaching a positive and successful solution through mathematical or systematic operations.
Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline.
Experience applying Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) compliant cost accounting structure.
SQL (Structured Query Language), SQL Server, MS Access, or other Database Systems.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
