Responsibilities:
- Removing chicken from the freezer, placing on trays, loading into the thawing cabinet, and rotating as needed
- Preparing raw chicken into filets by hand (not with a knife)
- Responsible for cleaning out the work area, including the thawing cabinet
- Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method
- Assisting leadership in other kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
