Responsibilities:
- Assist with teaching using a bible-based curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
- Experience working with students in a classroom or daycare setting is beneficial
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Understanding of child development principles and practices
Skills:
- Strong caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children of diverse backgrounds
- Organizational skills to plan activities, manage time effectively, and maintain records

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
