Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2 year old Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Integrate child welfare practices into daily activities to ensure the health and safety of all students.
- Utilize effective tutoring strategies to support literacy education among preschoolers.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- Classroom management skills is required.
- A genuine passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth is crucial for this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- CPR/First Aid or willing to receive before starting.
