Childcare Center Director – Omaha Location
Through the Years Childcare is growing – and we’re looking for a motivated, caring, and energetic Director to lead our Omaha team!
If you’re an experienced childcare professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for early education, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations of the center with a focus on safety, quality, and fun
Support and mentor teachers to create engaging classrooms
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff
Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused environment
Help grow and strengthen programs as part of our leadership team

Schedule:
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
Pay:
$20+ per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in childcare management (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
