Friends of the Family Child Care Center is hiring! We’re a full-service child care center located in the heart of downtown Metuchen, NJ. We provide high-quality child care, preschool, and kindergarten services — and we’re looking for passionate, playful, and dedicated teachers to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
- Engage children in fun, developmentally appropriate activities
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment
- Track milestones and support individual learning goals
- Participate in ongoing training and bring new ideas to the classroom
- Work closely with parents, staff, and fellow teachers
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in early childhood education preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- PATIENCE and FLEXIBILITY are essential!
- A playful, energetic personality and love for working with children
- Willingness to get on the child’s level and actively participate in play
- Ability to manage and nurture a classroom of young learners
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
