Job description
As a Chiropractor at The Joint, you’ll focus on providing exceptional care to patients while we handle marketing, insurance, and administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care and a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and physiology. As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, providing care plans tailored to individual patient needs, and promoting overall wellness.
Role Description
- The Chiropractor will be responsible for conducting spinal adjustments, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, and providing holistic chiropractic care to improve overall health and wellness.
Performance Expectations
- Ability to perform 250-300 weekly full spine diversified adjustments
- Hold patients accountable for their Wellness Goals to maximize retention
- Quality referrals from patient you treat
- Google Reviews: Contribute to the clinic’s monthly Google and Yelp Reviews
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address acute pain management and chronic conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
- Educate patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment protocols, and outcomes using appropriate medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Skills in Chiropractic, Spine, and Adjustments
- An active Doctor of Chiropractic License to practice in the state of Florida
- At least 2 years experience in sales, manual adjusting, and patient education
- Knowledge of Medicine and the Musculoskeletal System
- Strong understanding of chiropractic principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The Opportunity:
- Full time and Part time opportunities available
