What You’ll Do
Greet and room patients efficiently
- Accurately document pain levels and vital signs
- Educate patients on chiropractic treatment plans and medical equipment
- Set up patients on therapy machines and provide support during treatments
- Schedule appointments and assist with daily clerical tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume clinic (up to 40 visits/day)
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and equipment
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality
Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy clinical environment - Flexible availability within clinic hours:

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Preferred but not required:
Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, medical assisting, kinesiology, exercise physiology, or athletic training
- Bilingual in Spanish
