(CISA) is seeking a highly motivated individual to assume the role of the Associate Account Executive for our Financial Lines & Cyber practice. As an Associate Account Executive, you are accountable for maintaining a renewal book of Management Liability, Professional Liability & Cyber Liability business. This includes processing incoming endorsement requests, following up on open underwriting items and correspondence including gathering submission documentation, quoting renewals, soliciting additional lines of business, and other items necessary to maintaining a growing & profitable book of business. This role will also need to ensure all communication is well documented in the agency management system, take on special projects, work with internal Chubb teams on resolving issues related to billing, reinstatements, cancellations, licensing, and appointments, and work as a cohesive team member with members of the sales team to meet department sales goals.

Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency distributes a wide variety of commercial lines products, including Property & Casualty lines, Management & Professional liability lines, as well as Accident & Health. This role will be ideal for the individual who wants to gain an understanding of the entire array of Financial Lines & Cyber products offered across Commercial Insurance, including all lines of Management Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber business and niche industry practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain & manage renewal book of Financial Lines & Cyber business
- Handle endorsement processing on assigned renewal book
- Engage with agency partners in a manner that promotes high customer satisfaction
- Articulate renewal pricing, terms, & conditions that maximizes renewal retention and highlights Chubb’s value proposition
- Document communication in an agency management system
- Follow up on open items
- Engaging with internal Chubb teams to resolve problems as needed, including researching and escalating billing issues, reinstatements, licensing and appointments.
- 2-year college degree or H.S. Diploma with equivalent job experience.
- Management Liability, Professional Liability and Cyber insurance experience is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal, written, phone and interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting to changing priorities
- Property & Casualty Insurance License; not required, but a plus
The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $80,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
