Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role is crucial for ensuring that all facilities are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floors through buffing and floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Assist with custodial duties in both residential and commercial properties.
- Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are functional and safe.
- Support porter duties by managing waste disposal and maintaining outdoor cleanliness.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and floor care products is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
