- Tier 1: Cleaner Assistant
- $15–$16/hr
- Week 0–4 (Training / Trial Period)
- Tier 2: Certified Cleaner I
- $17–$18/hr
- 30–60 Days
- Tier 3: Lead Cleaner
- $19–$20/hr
- 90+ Days
- Tier 4: Captain / Superintendent
- $21–$23/hr
- 120+ Days + Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning in kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces
- Arrive on time in uniform and ready to deliver high-quality service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful presence in client homes
- Communicate respectfully with clients and fellow team members
- T3–T4 roles include training new hires, managing checklists, and conducting final quality walk-throughs
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required for Lead Cleaner (T3+) and above
- Personal transportation required for T1–T2 roles
- English-speaking (bilingual is a plus)
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required—training provided
