Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Lead to oversee and ensure the quality of cleaning services at residential or commercial properties. This position requires strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to use digital tools (phone/tablet) for tracking, reporting, and finalizing cleanings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of completed cleaning jobs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee the cleaners
- Communicate directly with the property management team regarding unit readiness, issues, or special requests.
- Use a smartphone or tablet to check off completed tasks, capture photos, and submit job reports.
- Collect digital signatures from clients or supervisors after final inspections are approved.
- Use basic Excel skills to track unit status, document cleaning performance, and maintain cleaning logs.
- Assist with on-site cleaning when necessary and support the cleaning team as a hands-on leader.
- Report supply needs, maintenance concerns, or staffing issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Comfortable using mobile apps and devices for checklists, reporting, and communication.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filters, simple formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in property management or hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning software or workflow tools.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.10 - $19.50 per hour
