Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a factory/warehouse enviornment, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This role is essential for creating a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and clients. Excellent time management is a must!
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
- Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, offices, corridors, and lobby/entrance areas.
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to maintain a clean appearance throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs.
- Occasionally assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary, and walking long distances while pushing a cart.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Excellent time management skills: ability to complete tasks in timely manner and stay on schedule while maintaining efficiency.
