Job Description:
FBN Limo + Concierge is looking for high-performing, confident, and professional client recruiters to help scale our business during the most important time of the year — end of summer. This position is for individuals who move with purpose, understand how to speak to elite clientele, and can close high-value clients on the spot.
You’ll be in the field identifying, approaching, and locking in new clients — executives, athletes, high-net-worth travelers, corporate professionals, and more. If you’re someone who thrives off connections, takes pride in their communication skills, and knows how to get a “yes,” this is the opportunity to capitalize and grow with a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in high-traffic zones (hotels, airports, nightlife, gyms, shopping districts, events)
- Confidently introduce FBN’s premium transportation and concierge services
- Lock in client bookings and coordinate with our dispatch team
- Follow up on leads and build relationships with frequent users
- Maintain a polished and professional image at all times
Pay Structure & Incentives:
- Hourly base pay (based on experience and performance)
- Bonuses based on client value, volume, and conversion
