What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to person for our amazing clients—answering emails, quoting medical supplies, and making sure everything runs shipshape.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by being responsive, reliable, and resourceful.
- Troubleshoot like a pro and deliver results that go above and beyond expectations.
- Collaborate onsite with our awesome team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Creating quotes and sales orders tailored to client needs.
- Making sure all costs (like freight) are accounted for and working with accounting to keep invoicing smooth.
- Keeping clients in the loop with timely updates and clear communication.
- Coordinating meetings and calls between clients and our leadership team.
- Solving hiccups like backorders or shipping mix-ups with grace and speed.
- Keeping our ERP system up to date with the latest info.
- Pitching in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in the maritime industry? Awesome! If not, we’ll still be excited to hear from you.
- 1–2 years working with cruise lines, port agents, or customs? Even better.
- Stellar communication skills and a knack for staying organized.
- The ability to pivot quickly and prioritize like a champ.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.). Bonus points for experience with Dynamics Business Central ERP.
- A self-starter attitude with a team-player heart.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
