At LaBovick Law Group, our Client Relations Payment Specialist plays an important role in making sure our medical provider partners get paid efficiently and accurately. You’ll work closely with our Client Relations team, processing and posting payments from insurance carriers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring no check is left behind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and post settlement and benefits checks in our CRM systems.
- Prepare and send weekly payments to providers, including cover letters and documentation.
- Stay on top of provider folders to ensure timely check distribution.
- Post Interest, Penalty & Postage checks and coordinate with Finance for deposits.
- Track down and update provider address corrections.
- Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
- Jump in on special projects and support your team wherever needed.
