Overview
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving client acquisition and establishing strong referral relationships within the community. This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a flexible, commission-based environment.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new referral sources (e.g., hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities).
- Develop and maintain relationships with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and community partners.
- Attend local networking events and community functions to promote services.
- Educate potential clients and families about our services through in-person meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral and sales goals.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity logs.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, home care, or senior services industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to understand and explain non-medical home care services.
- Familiarity with local healthcare systems and senior care providers is a plus.
