Luxer One is seeking a driven, strategic, and client-focused Client Revenue Manager (Account Executive) to join our growing revenue team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and implement our recurring revenue programs, including Billing Plans and Premium Property Plans. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success to execute custom solutions that increase client satisfaction and drive long-term revenue.
This is a cross-functional sales and relationship management role that blends consultative selling, operational oversight, and recurring revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and grow a book of business, focused on implementing and optimizing billing plans and Premium Property Plans across client portfolios.

Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing client accounts to drive recurring revenue.

Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of solutions.

Conduct client discovery sessions, build tailored proposals, and present value-based solutions.

Track and document all activities and opportunities in our CRM.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales-to-implementation handoff, maintaining strong relationships post-sale.

Deliver compelling presentations and respond to leads or client escalations with professionalism and clarity.
Stay current on Luxer One’s product offerings, competitor landscape, and industry trends to better advise clients.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success (preferably in proptech, SaaS, or recurring revenue environments).

Experience selling into or working in Multifamily/Real Estate

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once.

CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred).

Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
