Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support the day-to-day needs of our clients and internal teams. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and the agency, helping to ensure smooth communication, on-time deliverables, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating service needs
- Support the execution of client projects by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and communicating updates
- Assist with client onboarding and maintaining accurate records of client preferences, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on project expectations and deadlines
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups for client meetings
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials
Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
