How you'll make an impact
  • Accountable for leading a Client Service team to deliver high-quality and efficient service to internal and external clients within a Branch.
  • Reports directly to the Branch Client Service Director with a strong dotted-line reporting relationship to the Branch Manager.
  • Ensures goals and objectives align with and support the Branch strategy.
  • Directly impacts business outcomes, including:
    • Client retention.
    • Client satisfaction.
    • Enhancing AJG's value to clients and prospects.
    • Achieving operating/margin targets.
    • Creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manages people, business processes, and an assigned group of accounts.Q

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
  • Experience leading and managing teams, preferably within a matrix environment, in an operational service delivery or shared services setting.
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
