Position Summary:
The Client Services Rep – Order Entry . is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into our system, ensuring order completeness and prompt processing. This role is integral to providing outstanding service to our customers and maintaining the operational flow of the strategic accounts fulfillment center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter sales orders, purchase orders into the company’s ERP system.
- Review and verify order information including pricing, product availability, and customer data.
- Communicate with sales representatives, warehouse personnel to resolve any order discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free entries.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist with other administrative tasks including document management, filing, and data cleanup.
- Provide excellent customer service and support both internally and externally.
- Stay updated on product lines and internal procedures to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of order entry, data entry, or administrative experience; experience in distribution or logistics is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with inventory management or distribution operations.
- Knowledge of low-voltage electronics, security systems, or related products.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems – Epicore P21 is a plus
Working Conditions:
- Office environment within a distribution center.
- Standard Monday–Friday work schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
