This role is full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p.
Earn $30.58/hr.!
Position Details
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining quality Case Management and CRS services. The duties include the following:
- Responsibility for oversight of the intake department regarding scheduling and networking to support program growth
- Be able to assess and determine the appropriate level of care and MAT eligibility upon admission
- Ability to support continuity of care and demonstrate internal collaboration among departments
- Overall responsibility for developing and maintaining quality Case Management and CRS services within the COE (Center of Excellence) Department
- Supervision of assigned staff weekly while working on their professional development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Knowledge of an ability to link individuals to requested and appropriate services, including but not limited to: housing, supportive services, medical care, and higher levels of care.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, and/or counseling.
- High degree of clinical and case management knowledge.
- A minimum of three (3) years post-degree experience in clinical/case management practice and supervision.
- One to three (3) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring agencies.
