The Client Support Assistant is the heartbeat of our client service experience. You will serve as a concierge and administrative liaison for entrepreneurs, influencers, and small business clients who rely on O.D. Business Solutions for PR, branding, business repair, and consulting services. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions, requests, and status updates.
- Schedule consultations, project meetings, and follow-ups using our client portal or booking system.
- Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are progressing across departments.
- Provide high-touch communication through emails, DMs, and client check-ins.
- Update internal systems with client notes, contracts, and service progress.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by sending welcome kits, agreements, and intake forms.
- Prepare summary reports for weekly internal team check-ins.
- Follow up on overdue invoices, outstanding documents, or missing approvals.
- Troubleshoot any customer concerns and escalate to appropriate departments.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Friendly, professional, and emotionally intelligent communicator
- Excellent time management and administrative skills
- Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and digital scheduling tools
- Prior experience in customer service, client support, or admin roles preferred
- Interest in entrepreneurship, small business development, or PR is a plus
