As a Customer Support Representative, the responsibilities will include working with customers directly to discuss their current internet challenges and offer them new telecommunications solutions. Verizon has been working with customers and gathering their feedback to provide their customers with better internet services that are both affordable and reliable. The Customer Support Representative will learn the ins and outs of sales and customer support with proper training on all internet service knowledge to be able to offer the best solutions. We want our Customer Support Representatives to be experts in their position and someone our customers can count on.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
● Build new accounts by engaging with customers and asking insightful questions to better understand their service requirements
● Train with our sales team to be knowledgeable on Verizon’s services. This will allow all Customer Support Representative to be able to recommend solutions that meet customer needs and be versatile in the position
● Work directly with customers to provide expert guidance, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
● Handle all questions customers may have with professional
● Follow through with their account and sales order to the end when the installation is complete and they are fulfilled with their new product
● Work together with our Customer Support Representatives and sales team to set and exceed sales, share best practices, and support each other.
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
● Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales ● Ability to learn new technology quickly to input information and track all records ● Communication skills both verbal and written
● Ability to effectively deal with challenges
● Knowledge on cell phones, carriers, internet and other telecommunication background is a plus but not required
● Prior working experience in a customer service, customer support, sales, or similar position

Pay: $3,250.00 - $4,500.00 per month
