About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist to be the warm, capable voice (or keyboard warrior) who helps our customers with anything from setting up their new devices to fixing wonky connections.
You’ll be working Monday through Friday, 10:30AM–7:30PM EST — perfect if you’re not a morning person but still want your evenings. While your regular schedule sticks to weekdays, we do ask for occasional rotating Saturday on-call shifts throughout the year (10:00AM–6:00PM EST). Just enough to keep things interesting, not enough to ruin your Sunday brunch plans.
This is a remote role, but you’ll be plugged into a tight-knit, meme-loving team that’s always got your back.
What You Will Do
- Answering customer questions via phone, email, chat, and maybe even carrier pigeon (kidding… mostly).
- Helping folks set up their devices, troubleshoot connection issues, and choose the right data plans.
- Jumping into special projects when things are quiet — we like to keep things fresh.
- Keeping detailed notes so your teammates know what’s up.
- Collaborating with our in-house experts when a situation needs a little extra firepower.
- Spotting trends and feedback to help us stay ahead of what customers need.
- Staying sharp and helpful to keep our support reputation legendary.
What You Bring
- Excellent communicator — clear, warm, and maybe even a little witty.
- Problem-solving gives you life. (MacGyver-level skills not required… but appreciated.)
- Positive, “let’s figure it out” attitude.
- Attention to detail? Chef’s kiss.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, Google Drive, and support systems.
- Thrive working independently and remotely.
- Access to fast internet and a quiet, secure workspace.
- Available Monday to Friday, 10:30AM–7:30PM EST.
- Open to occasional rotating Saturday on-call shifts (10:00AM–6:00PM EST) throughout the year.
- Open to travel 1–2 times a year for training, team-building, and in-person high-fives.
Bonus Points for:
- Customer support experience (especially in help desk, telecom, or IoT).
- Background in cellular, IoT, or M2M tech (but we’ll train you if not!).
