We're looking for a Clinic Medical Assistant (MA) to support our outpatient clinic. In this vital role, you’ll work side by side with healthcare providers to deliver care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. What You’ll Do
As a Clinic MA, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations and supporting a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing exam rooms and assisting with minor surgical procedures
- Taking vital signs and obtaining patient health histories
- Performing lab duties and point-of-care testing (e.g., EKG, glucose, pregnancy tests)
- Administering medications as ordered (if licensed to do so)
- Answering and returning phone calls, scheduling diagnostic tests, and coordinating referrals
- Supporting providers with paperwork, including insurance, L&I, and prescription forms
- Assisting patients across the lifespan with a wide variety of health concerns
Position Highlights
- 32 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm

What We're Looking For
- Washington State Medical Assistant Certification
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience in a medical setting is desirable
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong clerical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
