Whole Mind is Hiring Medical Assistants! (Full-Time | $17–$20/hr)
Locations: Draper, UT + Provo–Taylorsville Float Position
Whole Mind is a growing behavioral health and integrative care clinic dedicated to helping individuals live healthier, fuller lives. We’re expanding our team and looking for two reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Medical Assistants (MAs) to support our providers and patients.
Two Open Positions:
- Full-Time Medical Assistant – Draper, UT Clinic
- Float Medical Assistant – Covering Provo, Draper & Taylorsville Locations
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Occasional Saturdays and later evenings up to 7 pm (rare as it would just be to cover other people that may be out on vacation, or sick.)
What You'll Do:
- Greet and room patients, take vitals, and document in our EMR
- Assist with patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up communications
- Support psychiatric and primary care providers during visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant clinical environment
- Float MA will rotate between Provo, Draper, and Taylorsville clinics (mileage reimbursement provided)
What We’re Looking For:
- Medical Assistant Certification or relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate team player
- Comfortable working in a behavioral health setting
Pay & Perks:
- $17–$20/hour depending on experience
- Consistent schedule Monday–Friday
