The Clinical Care Technician is a caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to acutely ill patients underthe supervision of the registered professional nurse,
Performs EKGs and phlebotomy draws on patients as required,
Section III: Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure
High School diploma or equivalent required,
At least one year experience as Nursing Assistant or successful completion of a Nursing Assistant program or successful completion of CommunityMedical Center PCT Training Program,
Maintains required BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider certification
Work Environment and Hazards
Hazards include risk of exposure to communicable disease and risk of physical injury from lifting patients and operation of equipment,
