Clinical Concierge- NCT with MA/LVN - Dallas

Locations currently hiring: 2720 Oak Lawn Ave, Dallas, Texas 75219 (This position involves floating)
Works hours: Full-Time, 3-12-hour shifts a week, 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM
What you’ll do:
- Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
- Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
- This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
What you’ll need:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
- Other Completion of approved NCT training program Required And
- Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required Or
- Other Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required.
- 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care Required and
- 6 Months Previous x-ray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Req and
- 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred and
- Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray, orthopedic experience and electronic health record Preferred
- NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire Required And
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas, if LVN Upon Hire Req Or
- Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire Required And
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required.
