About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Durham team. This is a key leadership position that combines clinical oversight with team development and strategic vision. You’ll guide and support a talented group of BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical integrity and collaboration, and ensure every child receives care that’s individualized, ethical, and effective.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily clinical operations to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on data and proven practices
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
- Monitor client outcomes and adjust interventions to achieve meaningful progress
- Partner with families to connect treatment goals with home and community life
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA requirements, and internal standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to advance clinic success and organizational growth
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Active LBA license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and vision
- Strong clinical expertise with a commitment to ethical, individualized care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
